Project Description
The following consultation work was carried out for the partnership sponsored by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with the transport company TurSib:
- Company organisation
- Strategic planning
- Marketing
- Analysis of financial structures.
VCDB's role was to analyse and evaluate the present situation and the existing plans. On the basis of this assessment proposals were developed for an efficient and economic provision of local public transport in Sibiu.
Within the context of this project our transport telematics department compiled the specifications for Communication and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) System together with the TURSIB local public transport system.
