Road and Track Planning

VCDB offers road and road planning in all service rendering phases of the architects' handbook 'German Fee Scales for Architects and Engineers/HOAI'. In cooperation with our Transport Planning / Transport Engineering division, optimum solutions can be found for the most complex of problems. Furthermore, as head of planning, VCDB is in charge of the coordination of the other specialists, the development of construction technology and management. In addition, VCDB supports construction projects in terms of project controlling, site management/supervision as well as health and safety coordination.

Depot Planning

VCDB has many years of experience in the planning of workshops and workshop equipment as well transport and media connections. VCDB experts advise public transport managers by presenting concepts and feasibility studies of the entire depot layout as well as maintenance and working procedures. Here VCDB also benefits from the practical experience of its partner companies — the public transport companies of Dresden and Berlin.

Site Development Planning

VCDB offers services in road engineering, civil engineering and management coordination from a single source. Due to increasing legal and ecological demands on drainage planning, rainwater management is also becoming more and more important.
